Whats happening today

1. MSIT first year students are finishing up algorithms course, this week overview of OS tasks is going on.
2. Second year students are in 3rd mini semester, with specialization courses reached half duration.

1. Preparatory program students entered into first year, they are in Week 1 of Object Oriented Programming.
2. Second year students are about to finish Software Engineering Foundations course, next week domain specializations begin.

Software Engineering Foundations course, II year begins

Second year courses started today at IIIT-H,JNTU-H and JNTU-K.  Prof.Lynn Carter conducted orientation.

Preparatory course students entered week-2, they are working on Excel.

MSIT Preparatory program 2013

Preparatory program 2013 is started (this Monday) in learning centers IIIT Hyderabad, JNTU Hyderabad, JNTU Kakinada and JNTU Ananthapuram.

All the learning centers started with full strength. IIIT-H (140), JNTU-H (150), JNTU-K (50) and JNTU-A (50).

MSIT Counselling status after 19th June 2013

Following is the status of MSIT Counselling after 19th June 2013:

1. IIIT-H: 140 / 140 seats filled, no vacancies
2. JNTU-H: 150/150 seats filled, no vacancies
3. JNTU-K: 34/50 seats filled
4. JNTU-A: 2/50 seats filled

Counselling on 19th June 2013

Due to reasons mentioned previously (Bandh) the counselling that was scheduled on 15th June 2013 will be conducted today (19th June 2013). Today ranks between 501 and 700 are going to attend this counselling. There is a chance for conducting waiting list session for unfilled seats in JNTU Kakinada and JNTU Ananthapur tomorrow (ranks from 700 will be called for waiting list, people with higher ranks who did not attend counselling on 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th with a valid call letter can also attend)

Counselling on 15th June 2013, re-scheduled.

Keeping in view of Bandh declared in the City (& at JNTU) counselling scheduled on 15th June 2013 is re-scheduled to Wednesday 19th June 2013. Candidates will be informed through phone, by mail and by messages to the earliest. So sorry for the inconvenience caused due to Bandh.

Counselling on Day 3 status

At the end of Day 3, following is the status of the seats:

1. IIIT-H: 140/140 seats filled up.
2. JNTU-H: 128/150 seats filled up.
3. JNTU-K: 2/50 seats filled up.
4. JNTU-A: is yet to be filled.

Counselling on 14th June 2013.

At the end of day 2 counselling following are the filled seats:

1. IIIT-H: 140 (all seats are filled up)
2. JNTU-H: 36 seats are filled up
3. All other centers are yet to be filled.

MSIT Counselling on 13th June 2013.

Number seats filled at the end of day one:

1. 81 seats are filled in IIIT-H
2. 7 seats are filled in JNTU-H
3. Other learning centers (NULL)

Vacation 2013

1. MSIT First year students completed their project demos, and started their vacation starting this week.
2. Second year students are going to finish their 6 month internship/practicum period this week, and they graduate at the end of this week.
